General

1.1 Motorsport World Ltd (MSW) sanctioned events are open to all driver teams from any country using recognized Honda powered Pro-Karts - subject to the technical and other regulations laid out in this and supplementary regulations.

1.2 Teams may register under a company or special name which will be used in all literature and promotional material. This name must not be offensive. The drivers in that team may vary from one event to another.

1.3 Registration is deemed acceptance of MSW Ltd. regulations.

1.4 MSW Ltd. reserve the right to refuse or suspend regulation of any team or individual. Such refusal to be used only to protect the best interests of all competitors and the good name of the association.

1.5 Teams may nominate 1 driver and up to 5 drivers for each event. These drivers may vary throughout the season.

1.6 Only receipt of the total amount of entry fee will constitute confirmation of your entry as far as MSW Ltd are concerned.

1.7 Each member of your team entered must have studied these regulations in full and signed a Declaration of indemnity before taking part in any event.

1.8 All drivers must attend the briefing by the Clerk of the Course or the Race Director.

1.9 The itinerary has been arranged as detailed, however MSW Ltd reserves the right to alter this if circumstances require. No refund, either in full or part, will be given to participants barred from the race by MSW Ltd Officials for non observance of the rules.
