Series Responsibilities

John Huff is the sales manager at MSW, it is his job to take your transponder numbers, race numbers and finally what he does best, take your money.

John is also the person who books the dates for when your events will be run and the dates when the scruitineer is to attend.

If you see John on race day, he is here in his own time and whilst he will be happy to chat, he will not make any decisions involving the race.

Ken Jones is the person that sorts out all the race and qualifying formats, the updating of the the web site to ensure all information is up-to-date, responsible for the post-race race results and presentations, decides all the championship splits (table) and the promotion of the series, all of this he does voluntarily. He does not get involved with the running of the race on the day.

Steve Cutting is the the clerk of the course for all races run by MSW and is the person that you should deal with regarding any incident on the day, from any disciplinary to technical issues. If you disagree with a decision on the day you should always discuss this with him as the final decision will always come through Steve.

It is his responsibility to administer any penalties or point deductions where necessary. He is always on the radio so if you can not see him please ask a member of staff on pit exit to contact him

He has been training up a member of staff to run the timing system so he can now be more available and will now be situated on the track or at the exit of the pit lane.

On races were there are a lot of staff in attendance he may be on the balcony as this is the best view point.
